Wat je moet weten over ons
On behalf of Moore Belgium, the largest independent accounting and consulting firm in Belgium, we are looking for a:
Digital Transformation Leader
For our holding company CompanionCo.
CompanionCo brings together several Moore and Auren accounting and consulting firms across Europe, supported by Waterland Private Equity Investments B.V.
With a strong entrepreneurial mindset and an ambitious growth strategy, CompanionCo is building a pan-European organization, founded on the solid legacy and values of its partnerships.
The group currently operates across six European countries (Belgium, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany and Spain), all fast-growing, market-leading firms and consolidating their positions across Europe under the CompanionCo umbrella.
CompanionCo’s ambition is to become the leading pan-European service provider for mid-market companies, offering accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services through a pragmatic, hands-on approach. By combining strong local identities with shared expertise and scale, CompanionCo aims to create sustainable value for its clients, employees, and shareholders.
Context of the role:
Digital transformation is evolving at fast pace with a strong impact on our market, customers expectations, our way of working and our employees. To respond to this evolution, CompanionCo is consolidating elite development teams across Europe into a single high-performance digital transformation Task Force.
Led by an experienced leadership team, the mission of this Task Force is to accelerate digital transformation within the existing and future CompanionCo firms, by delivering scalable AI, automation and data-driven solutions. These solutions are designed to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and unlock growth opportunities.
By combining existing capabilities (and potential capabilities from other existing or future CompanionCo firms) under unified leadership, we combine multilingual, multi-jurisdictional expertise with proven technical capability. Together, these hubs will create repeatable digital solutions that streamline high-volume processes, strengthen compliance, and enable portfolio companies to redeploy talent into higher-value, revenue-generating activities.
To strengthen coordination, execution, and strategic alignment within the Digital Task Force, we are appointing a Digital Transformation Leader who will operate at holding level and play a key role in shaping and driving the group’s digital agenda.
Your Main Objectives:
Ensure, in close collaboration with the Digital Task Force, a coordinated digital transformation strategy that enables the group to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks arising from new technologies (e.g. Generative AI).
Build and optimize digital capabilities— including tools, infrastructure, and skills—across CompanionCo to support both central and local initiatives..
Strengthen collaboration, maturity, and best-practice sharing across all digital teams within the organization.
The Digital Transformation Leader will report to the Executive Partner (based in Belgium).
